A plan, not a pile of drills
An assessment on day one, a position-specific plan, and weekly progression so each session builds on the last.
Gambeta Training is private soccer training built around one coach, one plan, and measurable progress. Sessions are based in Ridgewood, Queens, on turf and fields across New York City.
Every athlete starts with an assessment. From there Coach Pepe builds a position-specific plan around three pillars — Fitness, Speed & Agility, and Technical — and re-tests on a schedule so improvement is documented, not guessed at.
Coach Pepe grew up playing in Queens, came through an MLS NEXT academy, and played college soccer at Manhattan College and Queens College. You can read the full story on the coach page.
